One of the most famous ski brands in the world, Glide & Slide stock Scott Ski Equipment and Scott Ski Wear.

Founded by Ed Scott in the USA.  He was both an engineer and a ski racer living in Idaho. Ed was the first person to use a tapered aluminium ski pole which became common throughout the ski industry replacing the bamboo and steel poles used previously. This innovation led to the Scott brand being seen as the forefront of innovation in the ski industry.

Scott Sports does not just specialise in winter sport gear, but also running, motorsport and cycling, meaning that the research and development is seen to benefit all of its products, as it brings innovation from across its wide range to  Ski Jackets, ski helmets and Scott Ski Goggles.
