Missing Delivery

If you think the delivery of your goods is overdue, please contact us by email (info@glideslide.co.uk) quoting your order number, or telephone 01943 461136.

Please note: we are not responsible for items that have been delivered to safe locations by couriers, this includes porches, garages, outhouses etc.

Ski Binding Mounting

We offer a free binding mounting with all skis and bindings purchased online, if we have the information for boot sole length (usually printed on the side of the heel of the boot in mm), your height, weight, age and skiing ability to assertain your DIN setting for the bindings. We strongly recommend having your boot to check the boot-to-binding fit. Without physically having your boot to set the binding we cannot perform final safety checks. Your local ski shop or resort shop should be able to do this for you.

Card Security

Your bank card details are taken on a secure web page hosted by Protx, our online card processing facility. You can tell that the page is using secure encryption technology by:

  • A closed padlock will appear at the bottom right of the browser window
  • The address in the address bar of your browser starts with https:// instead of http://

Product Availability

If a particular product is not available for immediate dispatch, we will not be able to adhere to normal delivery times. We will notify you of the expected date of delivery and give you the opportunity of cancelling your order.

Actual colours of some items may differ slightly from representations shown on this site, although every effort has been made to present a true likeness.
