Buying online and collecting in store gives you the best of both worlds, allowing you to browse and shop online without having to pay for postage and wait for the courier.
How does it work?
You can select Click & Collect at the start of the checkout process. Follow the checkout process and complete the payment with your credit or debit card. Once the transaction is complete you will receive a confirmation of your order by email. – Please note: click and collect does not currently work if paying with PayPal.
How soon can I collect?
Generally, the earliest you can pick you order up is 2-3 hours after placing your order. We do check for new orders regularly, but at busy times it may not always happen as frequently. Once your order is ready to collect you will receive an email letting you know. If you need to collect an order and you have not received an email, please call us on 01943 461136.
On collecting your order please have a copy of order confirmation.
If you are buying skis that require binding mounting please beware that this may take slightly longer to process due to the time involved in mounting the bindings. To make this process as quick as possible please provide us with your mounting information as quickly as possible once you have made your purchase.
